Third-Party Services We Use

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for the client portal.

• Matterport — hosting of 3D scan models, where applicable to your project.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and has its own security safeguards.

Data Retention & Security

We keep client and project records for as long as needed to deliver services, support your project, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Portal access is protected by authentication, and project data is scoped so clients can only see their own projects.

The client portal uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember which brand (Video or 3D) you last viewed. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
